About

My work sits at the intersection of research and implementation. Over the past decade, I have worked and trained across public health programmes, research, monitoring and evaluation in India, Cambodia, South Korea and Canada.

I currently work manage multi-site research examining occupational exposure to hazardous antineoplastic drugs in healthcare settings. I am particularly interested in how research moves beyond identifying problems to informing better decisions, safer workplaces and meaningful changes in practice.

The program combines environmental surface surveillance with research involving Pharmacy, Nursing and Environmental Services staff, alongside stakeholder engagement and knowledge translation.

My work spans study implementation, research coordination, ethics and approvals, data collection, stakeholder engagement, reporting and knowledge translation.
